Delivery
Policy |
Goods ordered before
2pm on a normal UK working weekday will usually be shipped the
same day or the next working day. If you require next day delivery,
Saturday delivery, shipping outside the UK mainland or other
special shipping then please place your order by phone. If an
item has to be made to order or is out of stock we will advise
you delivery times when you order. |

Returns
Policy |
Goods bought in error or unsuitable for your application
will be fully refunded (less any delivery charges) if returned
within 10 days of delivery to you AND provided you have first
notified us by phone (or email or fax or letter) and provided
they are in a re-sellable (NEW) condition.
If you are unsure of what you are buying please don't hesitate
to phone or email for more information. If you have phoned
for advice and purchased the item we recommend and it is still
not to your satisfaction we will refund the outward shipping
charges as well.

All products are supplied with Health and Safety
advice where relevant. Health and Safety is largely a matter
of the common sense of the end user and we encourage the end
user to contact us for advice by providing a free phone number. |

Environmental
Management. |
Regardless of recent EU legislation regarding
the disposal of electrical waste Wildtalk has always had an
environmental policy:
Wildtalk aims to supply communications equipment that is
economically serviceable beyond warranty. We have in-house
repair facilities down to component level and in most cases
can keep radios economically serviceable far beyond a five
year lifespan.
Unfortunately some low cost 'consumable' items such as earpieces
are not practical to service. In this instance we carefully
select products which are reliable and back this up with a
full 12 month warranty.
Some radio manufacturers choose not to offer service support
or spares for a range of their equipment beyond 12months warranty.
We always recommend alternative products in preference to
their products where available.
Customers are welcome to return dead and faulty batteries
and equipment to us for disposal. We make no charge for this
service.
