The Learning Room
The teacher / lecturer and students are monitored by audio
and CCTV from a nearby or remote location- 'Monitoring
room' . Prompts and guidance are fed back by audio to
the teacher / lecturer from the Monitoring room.
Monitoring Room
This could be an adjacent room or even located at some
distance perhaps in another country. Audio and CCTV
from the learning room is presented to support staff
for feedback. Recording facilities of in and outgoing
traffic may also be provided.
Teacher / Lecturer Earpiece
Prompts and guidance can be fed into the lecturers ear
from a fully covert 'invisible' in-ear wireless receiver
or a less covert but discreet acoustic tube earpiece.

Monitoring to Learning Room Link.
The lecturers earpiece can be connected to the Monitoring
room by one or more of several different technologies
each with distinct advantages and disadvantages. It
may be radio, hardwired, inductive, transductive, data,
VOIP.
Eavesdropping.
In learning room situations eavesdropping is not normally
a potential problem. However careful choice of technologies
can minimise risks.
Recording Equipment
Dedicated hardware recorders or software based PC
recorders are available with different levels of features
and costs.
