by the manufacturer
This is equipment return to the manufacturer under warranty.
It is supplied with original parts and manuals and is
usually in an as-new condition. Warranty as stated.
Ex
Demo.
This equipment has been used for demonstration purposes,
may show signs of wear but will be supplied with original
parts as listed. Warranty as stated.
Second
-hand.
This equipment will be as ex demo, condition will be
described. Warranty as stated.
Faulty goods: If during the warranty period equipment
fails due to manufacturing defects it will be replaced
with same equipment if available or equipment of a similar
value.
