Public Sector Accounts
Public Sector businesses such as Education, Healthcare,
Government, MOD, Police and Emergency Services, are welcome
to apply for a 30 day credit account. Payment terms are strictly
within 30 days from date of invoice. Please phone to set up
an account.
Stock position
We endeavor to supply all items from stock. If we are unable
to provide items from stock, we will advise you of an alternative
delivery date at the time of your order.
Return of unwanted goods
We will refund or replace any item if you feel it is not to
your expectations. Please return it promptly in an as-new
condition with its original packaging and manuals.
Warranty
All goods carry a minimum of 1 year guarantee against
faulty manufacture. Faulty goods will be refunded, replaced
or repaired.
If you suspect your equipment is faulty please contact us
first so we can arrange the most suitable replacement / repair
procedure. Faulty equipment must be returned with a detailed
explanation of the fault and your full contact details.
Please insure your returned goods using recorded or special
delivery.
Outside the warranty period we will attempt to repair faulty
equipment at absolute minimum cost to you.
Water damage
Water damage is not covered by any manufacturers warranty.
Water damage will void all warranties. 'Weatherproof' means
protected from light rain only NOT submersion proof.
Please take great care to avoid water damage. Use an Aquapac
or waterproof container if you intend to use your radio in
wet conditions.
Electronics and the Environment
Wildtalk attempts to follow a policy of reducing consumer
waste where suppliers and waste disposal methods allow. We
are however limited by government inertia in these matters
and would like to see all products available with spares and
service backup. For these reasons..
- We attempt to only sell equipment which we feel will last
many years.
- We will always attempt to repair faulty equipment rather
than trying to sell you a new one.
- We post all goods in directly recycled packaging when
available. (This may be a scruffy bag but the contents will
be well protected)
