Fitted with an Icom type straight plug which will fit most Icom radios. Ideal for applications where you do not want to be seen talking into a Microphone or where using a conventional Mic is not practical because of noise or headgear.

This Throat Mic will only pick up your voice without transmitting ambient or wind noise. Twin adjustable microphones help with reliable voice pick-up as one or both Mic's should keep in contact with your throat whichever way you turn your head.

A very robust design single wire system with a very large PTT with rotating clothing clip for easy operation under clothing or with gloved hands. The PTT is weatherproof and suitable for outdoor use in the UK climate. We can also offer a Remote PTT upgrade including finger PTT.

Fitted with our standard acoustic tube for long term serviceability and supplied with a spare ear-bud.

Note: Throat Mic's do not offer the same audio quality you would expect from a conventional microphone as the sound is transmitted through your throat and generally sounds slightly muffled compared to other Mic's. If you are not sure if this is the product for you please phone for advice.
