Repairs
We are able to repair most radio equipment and we don't charge for quotes. About 95% of all repairs are done in-house and our aim is complete them within 7 days.
On receipt we check over the radios using dedicated radio test equipment (and our own non-computerised ears) to make sure the radios are to the new and original manufacturers specification. If any fail we will let you know the estimated repair cost before proceeding.
Repair charges are based on Parts + Labour + Return Shipping. We do not charge for radios we cannot repair.
We charge in 15 minute increments so it is more cost effective if you send in several radios. For more information please download the repair request form.
Parts returned for repair MUST have the completed form below with them. If you do not complete this form it will delay the repair time.

Trade-Ins
