This adaptor allows the use of our QX Quick Exchange earpieces with the rear connector to 4 pin XLR Beltpacks that can accept Electret Mics.
Note that the PTT button on the attached headset will have no function.
We can also build this in XLR-4M and XLR-5F, XLR-5M
